专家简介：翟明清, 博士，滁州学院教授, 2010年博士毕业于华东师范大学。研究方向为图论、代数图论。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，完成国家自然科学基金青年项目、安徽省自然科学基金青年项目。2013年被评为安徽省学术技术带头人后备人选，2018年被评为安徽省教学名师。

报告摘要：In this talk, we introduce a spectral extremal problem on $(n,m)$-graphs. More precisely, we consider two questions. The first asks which graph attains the maximum $Q$-index over all graphs of order $n$ and size $m=n+k$? The second asks which graph attains the maximum $Q$-index over all $(p,q)$-bipartite graphs with $m=p+q+k$ edges? Connected cases on both questions are also discussed.
