专家简介:李保军，男，博士，1974年06月生，四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选，现为南通大学教授，硕士生导师，主要研究方向为有限群论。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目2项，国家博士后科学基金项目1项，已在《代数学杂志》，《中国科学A辑数学》等国内外知名期刊发表学术论文40余篇。

报告摘要：Let $f$ be a formation function and $G$ be an $A$-group. It is said that $A$ acts $f$-hypercentrally on $G$ if $A$ acts $f$-centrally on every $A$-composition factor of $G$. In this talk, groups are investigated by $f$-hypercentral actions. In particular, some well-known results, including a theorem of Hall-Higman are generalized.
