专家简介：Chaoyun Li received the PhD degree in electrical engineer from imec-COSIC, Department of Electrical Engineering (ESAT), KU Leuven, Belgium in February 2020. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at imec-COSIC, KU Leuven. From October 2020 to 2023, he will be funded by an FWO postdoc fellowship. His research interests include cryptography and coding theory.

报告摘要：This talk will give a brief introduction to the past and present of public key cryptography. First, we will recall the history of public key cryptography. Then, we introduce the elliptic curve cryptography which has been widely used nowadays. Finally, we discuss some advanced topics including post-quantum cryptography.
