专家简介：史永堂，南开大学教授，博士生导师。2009年获得南开大学博士学位，主要从事图论与组合优化方面的教学与研究工作，发表学术论文50余篇。主持多项国家自然科学基金和天津市自然科学基金项目，获国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目资助等。曾在加拿大、美国、德国、奥地利、斯洛文尼亚等国开展合作交流。担任天津市工业与应用数学学会秘书长，中国运筹学会图论组合分会常务理事，中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及其应用专委会委员、复杂网络与复杂系统专委会委员等。

报告摘要：An orientation of G is a digraph obtained from G by replacing each edge by exactly one of two possible arcs with the same endpoints. We call an orientation proper if neighboring vertices have different indegrees. The proper orientation number of a graph G, is the minimum maximum indegree of a proper orientation of G. In this talk, we will introduce some results on proper orientation of outerplanar graphs. Joint work with Jiangdong Ai, Stefanie Gerke, Ruijuan Gu, Gregory Gutin, Zhenyu Taoqiu.
