专家简介：许克祥，南京航空航天大学理学院数学系教授，博士生导师，现任美国数学会《Mathematical Reviews》评论员，中国运筹学会图论组合分会理事，国际期刊《Open Journal of Discrete Mathematics》编委。主要研究方向为图论及其应用（含代数图论与化学图论），组合最优化。发表科研论文70余篇，其中SCI论文61篇。先后主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目1项、中国博士后基金（面上、特别资助）2项、留学人员择优资助项目1项，现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家科技部国际合作项目各1项。出版英文专著和中文教材各1部。2018年以主持人身份获江苏省高等教育成果（高校自然科学类）三等奖1项。

报告摘要：The distance between vertices is a core concept in metric graph theory. There is a large family of distance-based invariants extensively studied in pure and applied graph theory. In this talk we report some comparison results on these distance-based invariants, including Wiener index, first and second Zagreb eccentricity indices, eccentric connectivity index (ECI), connective eccentricity index (CEI), Wiener complexity and eccentric complexity, of graphs. Moreover, the corresponding extremal graphs are characterized for these comparison results.
