Abstract:
Dimensionality reduction is a key and fundamental step for Hyperspectral image processing. In the talk, we first describe the necessity and feasibility of band selection. After that, we summarize band selection into six main categories. We detailed present our main work in sparsity-based band selection and finally summarize the future direction of band selection.
