On April 23, 2018, Professor Yun Fan, Central China normal University, was invited to visit our institute and made an academic report entitled "double cycle Matrix" for teachers and graduate students of related majors in Institute 203.

Professor Fan introduced the concept of generalized circular matrix through a circular matrix and a classical result , and introduced the coding background of the circulant matrix . This seminar has enriched its professional knowledge and has opened up its own vision and benefited greatly.
