Short Biography

Nian Li received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics fromHubei Univesity, Wuhan, China, in 2006 and 2009 respectively, and received the Ph. D. degree in information security fromSouthwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2013.

From Sept. 2011 to Aug. 2013, he was a visiting Ph. D. student in theDepartment of Informatics,University of Bergen, Bergen, Norway. From 2014, he worked as a postdoc in theDepartment of Mathematics, theHong Kong University of Science and Technology, Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and as a researcher in theDepartment of Informatics,University of Bergen, Norway. Currently, he is working as a professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Hubei University.

Nian Li's research interests include sequence design, coding theory and cryptography.
